Founded in 2011, Practical MMA, located in Edgemere, Maryland, is one of the first true MMA schools in Baltimore. Boasting a spacious 5000 sq/ft facility, it offers professional martial arts programs for adults, kids, and families. The curriculum ranges from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Jeet Kune Do, to weight training. Stemming from a humble start as a local REC program, Practical MMA has grown exponentially, guided by top-level instructors. It's a family-friendly facility, owned by a father-son team, providing a respectful and encouraging atmosphere for all its students.
