Hello! I have 17 years of pratice and 14 years of teaching all types of yoga! I am educated in over all Wellness(MS) and have been teaching courses in higher education for the past 10 years. Kristine's class helped so much with lower back pain and overall flexibility. She infused a variety of techniques in addition to yoga to keep the class interesting such as Tai Chi, Pilates, and Meditation. She is a really good teacher!
There are always new students in every class I teach. I make a welcoming environment for all new students so they will feel comfortable in each class. I offer the first class free virtually, since the pandemic like many teachers we are teaching virtually. I offer a interactive yoga experience. Once people try it they want to continue and find that it's just as valuable and safer to do classes online. People also find it as a great way to connect with others.
I have been teaching yoga, all types of yoga with all different populations ages, sizes, & cultures for 15 years. I've been practicing personally for 20 years. In addition I am a health educator with a masters degree in health and wellness. I offer seminars and webinars for corporations & educational institutions. I am an adjunct professor and have been for 12 years teaching mind-body practices in highe education.
