About
Macabre Yoga focuses on balancing the light with the dark, while helping students to broaden their practice in a safe and welcoming environment. Each class is catered towards the student’s particular needs, and is paced in such a way that even absolute beginners will enjoy the class, coupled with a creative twist on musical playlists. I was also just recently diagnosed with undifferentiated connective tissue disease, which presents itself as Lupus. This has given me a unique perspective into pain management and muscle weakness. Available for meditation, vinyasa yoga, hatha (great for beginners), restorative, yin yoga, yoga nidra, chair yoga, yoga for athletes, yoga for runners, and yoga for arthritis.
I enjoy helping new yoga practitioners find the confidence to begin their journey into yoga. I have been practicing yoga for six years now, and love being able to help people experience the same benefits that I found with yoga and that kept me motivating to continue my practice.
