I am in MILFORD MICHIAN and I'm literally the best in MI. 3 Certification programs,(over 1500hrs.) I have been teaching for 30 yrs. My backround is in Physiology/Kinesioloy, I also have a personal trainer cert. from ISSA. I get results safely and rapidly! I am located in MILFORD MICHIGAN. Only serious students need apply. My hours are 9:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri. At this time, I am not accepting payment by credit card. My only "group" class is in a gym as I specialize in privates. I have been teaching Pilates for 30 yrs.
