Hey! I’m Claret, a former gymnast with 15+ years of experience, a BS Nutritionist, and a Certified Personal Trainer. I’ve been immersed in sports since I was 3, and now I train CrossFit—so movement has always been a part of me!

She focus on getting the best value out of every training session, she prepares the session beforehand, she also progressively loads the training to make it adequate and challenging for your physical and health goals.
