With over 30 years of experience, they specialize in teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to both children and adults in a safe and fun environment. They value growth, enjoyment, community, outcome, and hard work. They also run the Metro Summer Program, a comprehensive leadership program that includes Jiu-Jitsu training, field trips, and childhood development techniques to enhance social skills. All their coaches have undergone background checks to ensure a secure and enjoyable atmosphere.
