I am a senior white belt in kenpo.
I was appointed to run the phisycaly training while in navy boot camp after being kicked of off calling cadence (ARoc)as we marched. I did the most push ups ands sit ups and one of the fastest times. My division won captains cup.
I am a yellow belt in taekwondo after just one class
