Personalized yoga classes for any one regardless of age, body type or body shape. We believe yoga is for everyone to benefit from and will tailor a routine that fits your unique self.
We have been practicing yoga ourselves for 18 plus years and realize that we must share this with others. The peace and harmony that comes as a result of yoga needs to spread to all who have an interest and a desire to connect their body, mind and spirit.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
See where they are at as far any previous yoga calsses. Educate them on the breath and the importance it plys in our daily lives to breath properly and how it will enhance their yoga experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have apprenticed under Matthew Darling who has his cerificate to teach Ashtanga Yoga from the guru of the Ashtanga lineage, Pattabhis Jois. I have been praticng under him for 19 years and have done workshops along my path. Including, Tim Miller, Kino MacGregor, Annie Pace and Manju Jois', Pattabhi Jois son.
I teach reularly on Tuesday at our studio every week and have several private clients. I go to ther homes.
