Everything! It is so involved. So much more than effective combat, which it is.. mind, body, focus, spirit. U would have to go and see for yourself but trust me, being a great fighter is the best and least important thing you will take away. U will know who u are when your done..

Great experience. Rob is a very knowledgeable yet down to earth instructor. Im typically nervous going to a class or meeting someone the first time but Rob made it easy to jump right in and get started training. Got a great workout and learned a lot in my first couple sessions. Id recommend Warriors Way to anyone looking to jump into the martial Arts.

    Frequently asked questions

I typically have them run through the basics: such as stance, foot work, mobility, evasion, striking, blocking, guarding, blading, counter striking, tactics, understanding balance in yourself, and ubderstanding balance in others, head movement, basic locks, chokes, restraints, and maybe a take down or “Kata”.

    I’ve studied the following:

    - Ninjustsu (Bujinkan, Genbukan, toshindo)

    -Krav maga

    -Systema

    -Jeet June do

    -Muay Thai

    -Brazilian Jujitsu (Gracie jujitsu)

    -Judo

    -Boxing

$50 per session (1-2 hour session)

I was asked by my Grandmaster to teach.

He said I was excelling faster than most of his “pupils”.

He thought maybe I could help my class mates excel faster with my understanding, or my insight on the techniques.

    All types.

I would suggest trying out free lessons at different schools and see which one suits your needs, as you excel you’ll realize theirs things missing that are vital to your success as a martial artist!

Thus why I traveled around to find the best of the best.

Be very specific about what your intentions and interests are upon entry, teachers love to know your goals so they can customs fabricate the teachings to suit your needs.

A good teacher will always accomadate a students interest. But a student must also be open minded to new techniques, that they may not find interest in or not understand at the time, It is also the teachers responsibility to find a way to help the student understand the importance of a technique.

Ask A LOT of questions! Don’t ever be afraid! It shows interest! Their is no dumb question! Be an over achiever! Teachers love to be asked questions!
