About
I have a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a red belt in Muay Thai (under Maestro Sergio Cunha, legendary UFC coach). I've been boxing since I was a kid and I'm also teaching BJJ and the basics of grappling. My focus now is street self defense for the common man/woman.

--REVIEWS FROM PAST STUDENTS:--
"Jeromy started teaching us out of his garage when we had nowhere else to go because he was that excited to teach us. The basic things that he taught us in the months we trained with him were fantastic. I could feel myself getting stronger, my technique getting better and my striking was more accurate. Jeromy designed a bunch of different stations for us to do and through doing round after round of training we could see the difference! I highly recommend training with Jeromy! Great attitude and you can really tell he knows what he is doing!" -- Tyler Dormanen
