Founded in 2009, Equilibrado Orihinal Eskrima provides martial arts instruction and self-defense training in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and the surrounding areas. Offering a practical and modern approach, they focus on knowledge, skill, and application. Their unique teaching philosophy incorporates seven styles of Filipino Martial Arts, presented as a cohesive ecosystem. From day one, what the students learn is functional for self-defense, with the techniques becoming more advanced as they improve. The emphasis is on skills and capability rather than ranks, encouraging students to take control of their training goals.
