I am Dale Townsend Gym Owner of Destined to Make it Fitness. I am Certified through NASM , ISSA , ACE as well as a certified strength and conditioning coach. I am also a former bodybuilder competitor, and a nutritionist specialist. I have been a gym owner for over 6 years working with diverse demographics helping each on meet their fitness goals! Look for someone who emphasize the basic foundations of boxing such as Mobility ,technique and advancement
