Having been a nurse for 25 years and a bodyworker of neuromuscular medical massage for the past 3 years, I have a profound understanding of how the body works. I can help with injuries and recovery as well as teach a more in depth yoga that connects your mind, body and spirit.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes. Typically 65$ an hour altho if several lessons to occur upon agreement -- i like to extend discounts for groups of 3 or 6 classes.
How did you get started teaching?
I LOVED Yoga -- found it to be so very healing for myself and wanted to extend it out.
What types of students have you worked with?
Children to aging adults. Prenatal, therapeutics, beginners, advanced. Chronic and Acute Medical conditions.....stressed out ones:)
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Hosting a yoga night for Love the Little Ones charity that myself and a bunch of teachers do each year.
We host a free yoga class and have an out loud fun auction where all the monies go to this incredible charity.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask questions. Be clear about what you want and need. Communicate so that you are happy with what you receive.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Am I looking for strength? Flexibility? Ease--More Ease in my mind and body? Do I need tools in my toolbox of life for coping and moving thru the universe?>
