I recieved my Bachelor's degree in Strength and Conditioning , Coaching , and P.E. While in college i also completed 4 coaching internships and excelled in sports nutrition and human anatomy. i also coach gymnastics/tumbling and personal training (let me know what you want ?)
I enjoy hearing everyone’s story and why getting in their best shape is now a priority . I simply love when people tell me they couldn’t believe how dramatic the results ! I personally enjoy kicking obesity's but and helping people find their way to a fit and healthy lifestyle !

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First class will be 45 min introductory class. Every class after is 1 hour long . We'll start with a 7 minute warm up , stretch out , go right into bag rounds(5). This segment will be slow and concentrated on striking correctly . Then we will have mitt work . Thereafter, we will have a conditioning segment , strecth again , then break it down and let out until next time!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's of science in Stregnth and Conditioning , Coaching and PE. 4 coaching internships, and USAG certification . I also excelled in sports nutrition and human anatomy.

How did you get started teaching?
I got started shortly after graduating and personally training people . I used to Box , Wrestle , and Jiu jitsu. i came across the oppurtunity to be a kickboxing instructor and jumped on it ASAP
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students ranging from ages 13-67! little or no experience to kickboxing instructors themselves!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The studio I work at has been open for a year and has just reached our 201st memeber ! Recently, we rounded up some of the students and finally did a before and after and these lovely students have CRUSHED their goals!! Some have lost over 100 lbs and toned up , along with develping some awesome technique!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Abslolutley DO NOT feel intimidated , everyone is welcome and this is very much beginner friendly ! When you first get started do not try to go 100 % take your time and let your body do the talking (solid 50-60 %) . Last but not least enjoy your workout , its going to be fun and nothing beats having fun and hitting a bag!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask yourself WHY it is you want to lose the weight , tone up , or get better conditioned ? Becuase this type of journey takes some time and every now and then you have to tell yourself why it is you are willing to push yourself past your existing limitations.
