Founded in 2006, Pendergrass Academy of Martial Arts is the only certified school in Wake Forest, Raleigh, NC, offering black belt instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The academy specializes in martial instruction for students of all ages, including kids' Jiu Jitsu classes that don't just teach martial arts skills, but also important life skills. The academy offers programs for men, women, teens, and youth, teaching both self-defense and competition aspects of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
