Capital City Tae Kwon Do, founded in 2005, serves Concord, New Hampshire, and the surrounding areas. This Korean martial arts school offers more than just physical training. It instills a way of thinking and living, aiming to achieve total mind and body control. They offer after-school programs and monthly classes for all ages, from 5 to adults, focusing on both self-defense and fostering good moral character. Since opening, Capital City Tae Kwon Do has enjoyed increasing enrollment each year, exceeding expectations.
