Hi there! I am a Yoga practitioner since last 15 years and a Yoga teacher since last 8 years...been trained under gurus in India...I am also an Ayurveda physician and a holistic trainer...with me, you will learn that Yoga is not only a form of physical training but a training of your body, mind and soul together to reach the path of Divine that is your higher self!!
I conduct weekend Yoga sessions for corporate students who are unable to join on weekdays.These sessions are aimed at introducing different meditation practices along with asana practices which would keep you calm, relaxed and physically fit !!
I also conduct prenatal Yoga sessions to help the 'to be' mothers to stay fit physically and mentally throughout the pregnancy.Post natal Yoga sessions are also conducted to help the 'new mothers' to regain their physical and mental strength after the child birth.
I love working with people with different goals regarding Yoga..I enjoy sharing my knowledge with my students and also like to know about their ideas so that my Yoga session becomes exciting and a great source of learning too!!!

I always talk to my students before commencing Yoga session.
This gives me a better idea about their physical abilities, limitations and overall goal of Yoga practice.

I am a trained Yoga teacher from SVYASA institute of Yoga studies, Bangalore, India.
I have been into Yoga practice since last 20 years and I had my Yoga studio in India before moving here into the US.
