Lindsey Rozmes - Private Yoga Instructor
About
Hi, I'm Lindsey. I am a devoted student and teacher of yoga. My personal yoga practice has changed my life in infinite ways and I consider it my life's calling to share the practice that has so profoundly transformed my life.
I want to help you build a yoga practice that works for you. My private sessions are way different than group classes that you might take at a yoga studio -- each session is tailored to support YOUR body, YOUR ability, YOUR interests and goals. When you learn how to practice in a way that's ideal for YOU, you will see that yoga offers limitless potential for growth in all corners of your life.
I teach thoughtfully crafted, quality yoga classes and I bring ten years of experience to my work. In addition to being an E-RYT 500 teacher through Yoga Alliance, I have led several local yoga teacher trainings and I am a certifed Ayurveda Health Counselor.
Ultimately, my role as your teacher is to create a loving, safe container for you to learn, heal, evolve. I am grateful to be in service.
I am personally invested in my students and I bring all of myself to each and every class I teach. What I love most about what I do is the opportunity to witness the transformation, growth and aha moments that my students have -- like the first time a student touches his toes, or the first time she nails a crow pose! Sharing in that excitment and sense of accomplishment is priceless.
