Yoga With Hamsa
About
My style of practice is more energy based than physical. By controling the Prana or energy ( and breath ) , the physical body is more purified and energized and by gradualy developing flexibility in the body and consistent pratice , students progress slowly but tremendously while building a slow and long-term relationship with their body and mind. I have lived in a traditional Hatha yoga ashram for over a year and currently teach yoga and serve full time in the heart of Manhattan. Certified RYT 500 hours
I live for transformation and growth and yoga works ! This makes me feel deeply connected to all forms of life and satisfied with the tools that it provides.
