American Self Defense Club, based in Flemington, New Jersey, is a renowned name in the martial arts community. Known as Central Jersey's only internationally certified Full Contact Karate training center, they have been operational since 2003. They offer private lessons in Isshinryu karate, women's self-defense, and personal training, among other martial arts styles.
