Our philosophy is to focus on the weaknesses and strengths of each individual. Our passion is seeing the development of our players whether in small strides or huge leaps. We all coach youth teams for the NJ Bulldogs, our AAU basketball program. We have been coaching and training for ten plus years. We are very passionate about assisting kids in overcoming challenges. Training on the court and mentoring off of it.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Evaluate strengths and weaknesses first. My process is beginning with fundamentals and always begin there. As the development of the player grows so does the difficulty of the drills.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've directed and coached for the NJ Bulldogs AAU program for the past 10 years. I've been doing private workout sessions for the last 8 years.

How did you get started teaching?
I've played basketball my entire life. We began coaching and organizaing youth basketball teams about 12 years ago. Teaching the sport to our 11 year olds is how it began.

Boys ages 6 to 18 yrs of age
Girls ages 6 to 18 yrs of age
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who is passionate, patient and holds you accountable. Someone who takes the time to teach!
