Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We encourage new clients to have a conversation with Bharati Carla via phone or email to discuss their current state, their interests and wellness goals. This helps us prioritize needs and curate an experience that draws from the relevant modalities offered here. For example
* A client recovering from trauma or injury may have a series of private healing yoga classes plus massage therapy.
* Someone overcoming addiction might join the group class and supplement with private instruction and detox sauna sessions.
* A fitness client might add 30 minutes of passive stretching or yoga instruction to their massage time.
* An at-home or on-site client may select Integrated Therapy sessions to have access to bodywork, Red Light therapy, guided meditation and vibrational healing as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started teaching?
I've always enjoyed helping people learn how to live healtheir and happier. When I found yoga, I saw it as the perfect forum in which to teach everything I believed in. Over the years, the study and practice of yoga as a life practice continues to not only refine me as a conscious human being, but also spur me onward to share this technology with all who seek it.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with clients of all ages, from toddlers and their families to elementary & high school students in their schools to college students & faculty as part of wellness events to adults for general wellness, addiction recovery, convalesecence and PTSD to geriatric clients in support groups for chronic illnesses like diabetes, cancer and cardiac conditions to hospice clients and their families transitioning through end of life.
