My passion is my life and my career. And it makes me extremely proud and happy to see any of my students and teammates learn and progress. To see your kids hands raised at commotions or being promoted is an amazing feeling. It makes all the drills and training worth it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get to know students and clients individually. Find their goals, their experience, just different things about their personality. Then I work with them from there to maximize their experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple fitness certifications.
Life long martial artist/athlete
Over a decade of competing boxing, Bjj, mma.
Over a decade in training adults, children, groups and privates.
How did you get started teaching?
I started by helping out other fighters in the gym. Until I was offered a position to actually instruct classes.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with children as young as 2 to adults as old as 80. I've taught private clients to huge classes of 50. I've worked with many children with autism as well. To me teaching is the ultimate level of understanding. So I enjoy being able to teach anyone my skills and experience.
