About
I love what I do. I want to share all of the knowledge that I have with others. I believe that the martial art that I teach gives people the ability to not only defend themselves but to be better people.
I have been teaching for over 3 years and have been practicing martial arts for over 30 years. I have a teaching license in Kenpo and a 3rd degree black belt in Japanese jujitsu.
Teaching the martial arts to people, sharing all of the knowledge that I have and passing it on to anyone who wants to learn.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask a student about any prior martial arts experience that they may have. I then ask if they have any requests for the lesson or if they don't I start them off with the very basics of first warming up and going over some punches and kicks. Then , I will partner with the student so that the student can better understand the principles of the basics. Finally, if the student is comfortable I introduce them to some light contact, low intensity sparring.
