About
Each one of my clients and groups receive unique training and coach designed around their specific needs. As a longtime martial arts professor and master fitness coach, I have had the continuous pleasure of designing safe and effective programs for students and families of all ages, as well as a regional director in charge of educating and training aspiring coaches on the fundamentals of communication and science of motion.
I enjoy the freedom to exercise creativity and challenge with all of my students. Also, the wonderful relationships between Coach and pupil allows me and you the reward of personal development both physically and mentally.
