We teach TaiChi at the pace of real time and uncover the core principles upfront. You'll learn the right way of form & function from the start using a holistic approach to improving wellness, health, and viatlity through practice. We're developing online courses specific for beginners and intermediates. The PaiLum TaiChi Group is a 501(c)(3) Not For Profit Organization based in NYC/NJ/PA
We are committed to helping people improve their overall health and wellbeing through the development of specific skills by practicing Tai Chi. It is extremely gratifying to see the progres that individuals experience in their lives is a direct resut of our teaching.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Teachers in our group have a minimum of 30 years training with 25 years teaching. Instructors have been teaching a minimum of 5 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing for workshops & seminars vary on location. Pricing for online courses and material are on our website.
How did you get started teaching?
Teaching is a mandatory requirement in the martial arts to achieve higher ranks. The commitment to continue the teachings of the Pai Lum Tai Chi Group and open up to more people was a promise made to our ancestors.
What types of students have you worked with?
Adults 1:1
Adults and Children in group sessions
Students of existing martial arts schools through collaboration with the teachers there.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Observe how the teacher moves and if his or her students move in a similar way. Tai Chi is meant to develop smooth poise and calm confidence. Also, self-defense applications must be taught to acquire the full experience.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Have your desired goals in mind. Why are you inquiring and what problem are you looking to solve with learning.
