I fell blessed to share with my students some knowledge that my teacher Sri Dharma Mittra has so generously shared with me as well as my own expirience of 18 years practice and teaching of Yoga.
I am sertified 500 and 800-hour DYRT, and 500-hour TT Ishitva institute.
I speak English, Hebrew and Russian.
I enjoy every moment of working with my students, happy for their small and big realizations.
Always ready to guide students and help to achieve thier goals.

She has good energys, she explains how to do the exercise and fix me if needed. Also if I am less strog in certain things she tells me what can i do at home.
