 About Me:

My Tai Chi, stretching and Chi-Kung will be based on Grand Master Lin’s teachings,

Long time practionner of Internal Martial Arts with Grand Master David Lin, Chinese Sword & Knife, Pa-Kua, Ching-Hi, Yoga, Meditation, Whirling, and Freestyle Dance.

 Thanks to these Internal Arts, I was able to heal myself. I lost 70% of my mobility on my right leg. I could not stand nor walk. Thanks to Grand Master Lin’s teachings, I was able to manage my pain after my surgery and gain back full mobility.

My doctors were astonished as they gave me a 20% chance to stand again with a straight back.

When practiced with diligence and with the correct alignment, these arts can offer amazing healing to your body and psyche as well.

It is not work it is my spiritual practice and my soul mission.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I cater to the needs of the student as they are my Client. It all depends what the person is seeking. Meditation, body toning, an injury, just fun, or a combination. I first ask questions and try to tailor the class to their personality and their objective. However all my classes will consist of stretching combining yoga asanas and Tai Chi or Chi Gung stances. it is important to stretch in order to regulate the breathing, quiet the mind and get your muscles ready to for a full alignment. Without stretching one cannot expand their physical toning or mind and body balance.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a practioner of Internal Martial Arts since 1998 while focusing on the Taoist approach of 6 harmony rather then the martial arts or the specific techniques.

I have also practiced Sivananda Yoga nd contact improvisation since 2006.

My meditation practice is a combination of Buddhist, Taoist and Sufi practices all focusing on the breath, sounds and visualizations.

How did you get started teaching?

I have started teaching with Grand Master David Lin in his classes. Then I started teaching my friends that later referred me to clients. I am currently putting together worskhops with my school brother from Master Lin and business partner who has been with Master Lin as long as I have. The goal is to attract an audience seeking sprituality while toning their bodies and learning a few graceful techiniques.


What types of students have you worked with?

I work with People we both connect with each other. THis is a spiritual practice and therefore  I would not put myself in a position to make it feel like work if a synergy was not created or simply there.


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Ecstatic Dance at Judson Church = my expereince was we were all ''Sweating our Prayers''

As the word describes it was not only ecstatic but also a transcendental and extremely healing expereince.

I will be there at the next one and we can meet up prior to even taking a class so we can gage our vibe.
