Hello, my name is Lana and I was born and raised in the country of Belarus. I moved to the US several years ago. My love and devotion to the lifestyle of Yoga has become my obsession and life purpose.
Many years ago I took to Yoga for many reasons and it saved my life in many ways. After training and preparing to teach, I found myself needing more and finding it my mission to bring the gift I was given to others.
I believe and have been told that my gentle voice and technique make it especially easy for people beginning yoga to not feel threatened or scared to try. Watching people grow and progress one day at a time makes my life feel whole.
Its my calling and life purpose to help you find your way though Yoga as I did

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified RYT 500 Yoga instructor. I’m teaching Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Relaxation, Meditation and Therapeutic Yoga. I was teaching private and group classes in Sedona, AZ; Los Angeles and New York. Currently working with my students in Florida.
How did you get started teaching?
I moved to the US from Belarus over four years ago and I’ve been teaching yoga in LA and NYC for three years now. I just moved to Florida and started to teaching Yoga here.
I have completed my YTT in 2015 and have been teaching ever since.
What types of students have you worked with?
I specialize in Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga, but I also have extended experience with Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
