I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, but when I discovered Sivananda practice my life transformed to a different demention. Declining of my health condition was reversed to a perfect wellbeing state. That was a major contribution to my present peace of mind. I believe in “healing the world one person at the time, and start with yourself”.

    I have had several individual lessons at home. Nicole is gentle, nurturing and very patient. I have scoliosis with sciatic pain which started presencing itself about 2 months ago and then flared up to the point where it negatively impacted my ability to function normally. I had to quit karate classes due to the near constant pain. Pain relief medicine barely worked. I believe it was yoga practice that caused the pain to disappear. Additionally I have expanded my ability to produce longer lasting tones with my trombone mouthpiece way beyond what I was able to do before starting yoga with Nicole. She is an excellent teacher and I recommend her to anyone who is determined to see positive changes with consistent practice over time.

    I always speak to my new dtudents before scheduling first session and follow up after a class. Each class designed specifically for a client depending on many personal factors.  

    My students reported that scheduling their classes for at least a month ahead supports them to stay with practice and achieve the desired results. It also helps me to be at my best for each and every session I teach. 

    I don't mind to travel to clients if they have enough room for 2 yoga mats by the wall, and don't mind to buy props to be used during our classes. 

    I am a Sivananda certified yoga teacher where I have also done my extended residential studies.

    I was a part of annual yoga event at United Nations as well as yoga at Time Square in June.
