HarmoniousFlow yoga is committed to offering quality yoga and dance lessons that are challenging but fun!
I love working with individuals one on one, especially beginners because I like to remind them that yoga is for EVERYONE. It’s more than just a physical practice and when the mind is focused, my clients are always surprised by how much their own bodies can do. I started dancing when I was five, so my body awareness is very heightened and I like to give that gift to others.

I have a BA in dance performance from Goucher College, I dance professionally and I have a certification in Hatha/Vinyasa from the Rishikul Yogshala school in Kerala, India.
