About this pro

Life is Hard Fighting is Easy provides quality Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Yoga, personal training and Wellness services. I offer private and group lessons to adults and kids.

I started the company Life is Hard Fighting is Easy LLC because of my passion for fighting and fitness. Life gets hard sometimes. It may wear you down, but I believe when you find you passion, the thing that keeps you going, that thing is easy. For me, it just happened to be fighting.

I am a former Muay Thai and MMA fighter turned martial arts instructor and entrepreneur. I have 15 years experience in Muay Thai and kickboxing and 10 years experience in boxing.

I am a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition spectialist. I alsohave my 200-hour yoga certification.

My training philosophy is simple. Show up, train hard, be consistent and you will get results.
