The Antevasin Movement
About
The Antevasin Movement it’s a personal project that combines my different passions in the same place.
I’ve been practicing and studying yoga since 2013 from different schools around the world and I like to provide to my students different approaches or types of yoga according with their needs.
I'm a certified as International Yoga Instructor by the Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Center in India. And also got recently certified in Sound Healing by the International Nada Yoga Center in Nepal.
I have knowledge in Hatha / Vinyasa / Ashtanga / Yin / Restorative and Bhakti Yoga as well as Pranayama and Meditation. I like to explore in my clases but being aware of everyone’s needs.
I offer yoga classes, sound baths, sound healing therapy, chakra balancing & aura cleansing and I also host bi-monthly sacred women circle for the community!
