I have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and have been a 200hr RYT since 2009.
I worked at Charm City Yoga in Baltimore, Maryland doing group studio lessons as well as private lessons.
I also worked in Baltimore City Schools teaching after school yoga and minduflness classes for teachers, and students.
I was born and raised on Long Island and have only recently moved back.
I offer private and small group lessons in your home where I cater to your individual needs.
Everyone's body is different from day to day and I try to cater my lessons help you where you are in that moment.
I listen and adjust my teaching style so you get the most of our time together.
I really enjoy helping people to be their best selves. I feel a successful yoga practice improves life off the mat.
Your body feels better, you are able to be more present and mindful.
By sharing a yoga practice with my students I hope to help them enjoy and engage more in their day to day lives.

After my knee surgery my doctor recommended yoga in addition to PT. I am not the kind of guy who “does yoga” Brandi came to my home and made our classes fit what I was looking for.
For the first class we will spend the beginning of our time together discussing your goals, needs and limitations. We will the proceed to a lesson where I will lead you through a practice based on what I learned from you. You will partake in the practice and be able to evaluate my teaching style.
I received my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Yoga Works and I am a registered Yoga Alliance Teacher.
I began teaching yoga as a way to share my practice with other people. The increased flexiblity, tone, and mindfulness I experience while practicing yoga made me want to share my experience with others.
I work with children through adults.
In working with adults I try to teach them to listen to their body in the current moment, to increase mindfulness and flexibility while preventing injury.
I help adults focus their practice on their goal, whether it be weightloss, strength, flexibility or calm.
In working with teems the focus is self confidence and discipline.
In working with children the goal is listening skills, coordination and focus.
