I have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and have been a 200hr RYT since 2009.
I worked at Charm City Yoga in Baltimore, Maryland doing group studio lessons as well as private lessons.
I also worked in Baltimore City Schools teaching after school yoga and minduflness classes for teachers, and students.
I was born and raised on Long Island and have only recently moved back.
I offer private and small group lessons in your home where I cater to your individual needs.
Everyone's body is different from day to day and I try to cater my lessons help you where you are in that moment.
I listen and adjust my teaching style so you get the most of our time together.
I really enjoy helping people to be their best selves. I feel a successful yoga practice improves life off the mat.
Your body feels better, you are able to be more present and mindful.
By sharing a yoga practice with my students I hope to help them enjoy and engage more in their day to day lives.

After my knee surgery my doctor recommended yoga in addition to PT. I am not the kind of guy who “does yoga” Brandi came to my home and made our classes fit what I was looking for.
For private one-on-one practice I will come to your house for a reduced rate hour long session.
For the first half an hour we will get to know each other, discussing your goals, needs and limitations. The second half an hour will be a mini lesson where I will lead you through a practice based on what I learned from you. You will partake in the practice and be able to evaluate my teaching style.
