About
I have two Yoga Teaching Certifications. The first, I recieved in South India and the second, I recieved at Revolution Yoga which was voted the Top Yoga Studio on Long Island in 2017. While in India, I studies Ayurveda for three months which is a complimentary science to yoga. I offer a free Ayurvedic consultation that determines what dosha is most present in a student's body making the experience customary and easier to achieve your goals. With this consultation, a dietary outline, nutritional recommendations, and a unique yoga regimen is tailored just for you. Also, at the end of every yoga session a complementary, relaxing oil massage is offered as well as aromatherapy. These procedures aid the process of stress relief, weight loss, enhanced flexability, and overall vitality.
Health and Wellness have been a passion for as long as I can remember. A healthy mind leads to a healthy body, and a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Living with depression for many years in my adolescence, I grew to understand that the only way to find balance is in ourselves. Therefore, helping others reach their optimal self, through body awareness, physical movement, breathing techniques, and nutritional insight, creates a timeless purpose in my life: To guide people back into a place of satisfaction and joy in their day-to-day lives.
