With 4,000 ft of turf space, 4 basketball half courts, and a weight room that boasts 4 squat racks, our training is tailored for all athletes backed with up to date technology. Every athlete receives a program via online and binder based on a personal assessment to help track progress and maximize their potential. However, besides making athletes, we make sure we cultivate the best character possible.
I've been a coach since I ran track in college, not by choice, but it became the best passion of mine, and I learned as I got older the importance of touching lives over anything. My athletes stick with me which speaks on the environment we create together, and some have come to even work with me and join my team after they graduate. Creating another family and support system for I and the athletes to have is by far the greatest work.
I love how Brian incorporates subjects I in interesting into the workouts. He creates workouts that aims towards what I am looking to improve on. He makes training so much fun but at the same time gets it done right.

Working with Brian was a true pleasure. For a long time I had been going to the gym with little to no strategy on meeting my goals. I was spending hours in the gym, returning unimpressive reaults. I sat down with Brian and went over my goals and a timeframe for when I’d like to meet them. He created a structured program for me and coached me through all the excercises, with extreme attention to detail on technique. Brian also created a robust meal program for me which didn’t require me to give up some of my favorite foods. The overall results were fantastic! I lost weight, got leaner, strongr, and healthy again. I would definitely recommend Brian to all my friends and family.
Every new student fills out basic info entailing past history and future goals and injuries. They are then put through a series of certified assessments to determine the necessary training path to uptake. As the student athlete progresses they do more homework and follow a program we work on to create as a unit.
I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology with a concentration in Sports Psych and a Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2014 where I coached collegiately. I worked at a Sports Medicine Research Facility after graduating where I got to work on some studies with the Knicks & Rangers as well as coaching privately at a commercial gym before creating my own gym. I have a CSCS certification, CPR, TRX, Triggerpoint, FMS, UFC Gym cert.

I found out in my physical for track and field i had mitral valve prolapse in which case my cardiologist banned me from running. In order to be around the time and show my support I resorted to the sidelines and one thing led to another and coaching sort of fell in my laps. However I have always been into teaching when i started as a tutor in high school and college for a tutoring business teaching basic math, english and SAT Math.
