Former dancer and practioner of yoga for almost 30 years, have taught from 3 years old to 90 years young; can add hypnosis while in savasana if requested.
I am also a Certified Childbirth Educator, Hypnotist, Doula and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher plus Mama of two.
I love sharing my knowledge and experience of yoga with all ages and all levels so that they may find themselves as they are each and every time they go to their mat.

I loved her pre-natal yoga classes. I began taking prenatal yoga classes when I was 17 weeks pregnant. These classes made the remainder of my pregnancy the least stressful weeks I have ever had. Attending her classes made me feel better not only physically but also emotionally and mentally. Having her classes to attend twice a week give me something to look forward to and something to do for myself. I would highly recommend Mama Hypno!
