How did you get started teaching?
I began my tai chi training because of my interest in Asian arts and culture and wanted to explore it on a personal level.
An additional interest in health led me to investigate tai chi.
Once I started my training, I found that I enjoyed helping others to gain the many benefits of tai chi and naturally gravitated towards teaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with many different types of students, from professional athletes to senior citizens and individuals with special needs because of injury, illness or surgery.
