I fully understand how individuals in today's fast-paced modern society are negatively affected by a variety of mental stress factors, preventable diseases, and chronic illnesses. My mission is to deeply connect with her students while guiding them to heal and freely explore themselves through all eight limbs of yoga. Yoga means unity, and I believe while each student's individual yoga journey is unique, I aim to create an inclusive, welcoming space for students of all levels and backgrounds.
As I go deeper into my practice, I learn yoga is the diving board into an endless pool of awareness, self-discovery, and higher consciousness. The best teachers never stop learning, and as a teacher I am humbled to take this dive with my students and fellow yogis. I hope to be not only a teacher to empower others, but act as a catalyst in improving the holistic health and wellness of others.
