What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A new client is required to fill out an evaluation form and sign a release. 10-15 minute average assessment of health history, posture, mood, and of course, their cheif complaint (physical or emotional cause of current distress). I believe that assessments should flow the way a conversation between friends does. This conversation allows me to tailor specific techniques and asanas for your unique self.

First Class is always free. Prices are negotiable. No student will be denied service do to lack of funds.
