What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First and foremost as we begin working together we'll establish the best way for us to communicate. From there we can discuss intentions and goals so that we can create a plan together to honor and achieve the set intentions and goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A student for life I am always looking to continue to grow and develope my understandings both in my personal yoga practice and as a yoga teacher.
Current credentials: BFA in Dance incluing a thorough study of Anatomy & Physiology as well as Kiensiology. Yoga Alliance RYT. Yin Yoga Certified. CPR & First Aid Certified through the Red Cross.

How did you get started teaching?
Choosing to become a teacher came after years of practice that lead to profound changes in my life that I wanted to help share and spread.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages and skill levels. I have assisted teaching autistic children and adults. I most interested in working with people new to yoga to help them build a foundation from which they can grow and become their own best teacher.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be honest, open and up-front.
