Anatomie Fitness & Yoga Therapy
About
I am a passionate yoga instructor, making poses accessible to all yoga students. I will be obtaining my cerification to become a yoga therapist after I complete grad school at Maryland University of Integrative Health.
The work I do is so powerful and I love to see people open up to their fullest potential and see they are doing such amazing work. It takes something to do yoga and to show up for yourself, and I honor everyone who does just that.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will ask them what their goals are and really get to the root of who they are through the practice of yoga.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 200 RYT certified, currently in a training for a 300 hour to become 500 E-RYT certified.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching by fully emerging myself in the work of yoga. I was a practitioner for about a year when I started my 200 hour training and just wanted to get fully submerged in Baptiste Yoga (the style I study). So much of what you do on your mat shows up in your day to day life.
What types of students have you worked with?
Athletes, older adults, and individuals recovering with eating disorders.
