About
Hi, I'm Bri Renée, owner of Yoga Artistry where I work with individuals, artists and companies using yoga to bridge the gap between where they are and where we want to be. When we create the life that we want we are artists crafting our own masterpieces! We can only craft that masterpiece through grounded exploration from the inside out and that's what I'm here to help yo do.
Let's get grounded!
Offerings Include:
Private Sessions, Semi-Private Sessions, Corporate Wellness and Group Classes
I first found yoga about 7 years ago. I always knew that I wanted to be a yoga instructor but never knew what that would look like for me. As an artist it was important for me to have an intimate relationship with my physical and emotional bodies and yoga became the primary tool in doing just that. As a yoga practitioner, I love the gift of getting on the mat - a no judgment zone - and dedicating time to be with higher self, higher power and sometimes both. As an instructor, I seek to share that same gift with my students.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with new students it is top priority that I establish a safe, supportive space for their personal goals to be met. We first decide what it is you want to focus on during our sessions and I tailor our practices for each meeting to serve you in that regard - working on the person from the inside out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor
How did you get started teaching?
What types of students have you worked with?
All people with all bodies. I've taught in elementary schools, chair yoga, artists and everyday amazing humans. I work with both for and non-profit organizations to create custom workplace wellness through our mindfulness at work program, Your Body At Work.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that it feels good. I would definitely suggest taking advantage of any consultation services the expert offers so that you can make sure that the professional feels aligned and is capable of helping you reach whatever your goals are.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1. What am I looking for in a teacher?
2. What are my goals? Is this a physical pursuit solely? Do I want to explore more emotional and spiritual aspects of this practice?
3. What am I willing to invest into myself - time and momey wise?
