Quick, good communication before starting and in the classes. Referral to self learning information then incorporated it all in class with repetition and guidance to help my daughter have things done right in her mindfulness and muscle memory. My daughter says about John Very polite, patient and understanding. Understands your own bodys limits. Never afraid to redemonstrate it for you. Gives good tips.Always seems to be in a good mood. Awesome experience and awesome location!
