As a former Professional Athlete, I have developed the discipline through years of training. I have fought at the highest levels in boxing and developed a reputation for being a "CHAMP". Expect the real deal. Learn the craft of boxing from a professional. This is no boxercise class. This is the same drills that creates extraordinary athletes. The class is not to turn you into having a Boxing career, only if it's what you want. Also to add. I have been a Personal Trainer for 16 years and have been doing online classes with NASM, so I'm a Personal Trainer also. With the knowledge of being a Personal Trainer and a former Pro Boxing champ I started a Fitness Boxing Class for woman. The Fitness Boxing Class is fun and develop results.
It's in me and I live it. My life as a professional athlete was exciting and a challenge. To have the opportunity to share my craft with others is a dream come true. I love what I do and intend to be in the world of boxing until I take my last breath. I'm also a very good Personal Trainer.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My students are given instructions and drills that are derrived from professional boxing routines. Expect to train hard. Know you will get results. Learn the discipline of routines and improve your cardiovascular system, endurance, and strength. Expect exceptional definition and toning. Learn the art and skill of BOXING. I'm also a very good Personal Trainer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former professional athlete. I boxed professionally for more than 8 years and reached championship status in my weight class. Expect to learn the real boxing drills. I also runs a Fitness Boxing Class for ladies at 5198 Riding Club Lane Wyandotte Athletic Club. I also offer Personal Training.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I have standard pricing. Evening students are taught minimum 3 days per week 12 classes per month: 6-8pm. There is a monthly fee of $125 or $135per month.
Or students can drop in at $15 per class as a drop in student with a minimum monthly fee of $30 per month. I'm also a very good Personal Trainer.
How did you get started teaching?
I love teaching. It keeps me active in my passion.
