Hi my name is Steven and I am a Nasm certified personal trainer and Kickboxing Instructor. I have been in the fitness world for over 10 years and been training in martial arts (Muay Thai , Boxing, Kickboxing, Wushu) for over 8 years.
I aim to provide the highest quality of instructions. I will make sure to provide a safe and welcoming environment where you feel heard and understood. I focus on the details and your goals are my main priority. I welcome everyone from all walks of life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The process with my new client involves first knowing more about them and their fitness goals, what they want to take out from our training. I will then create a program based on their goals. My focus for every session is to make it fun, creative, and productive. I want to make sure they find value with my training and that their goals are being met.
