First thing we start with any new student with. Confidence through conversation. feeling comfortable where you are at. Then starting with the basics of what skill set we are working on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a 15 years experience in training in
MMA, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai as well. As 2 years of Kempo Karate
