Sensei Schiffman has amazing knowledge, seemingly of all the martial arts, and is sheer lightning in sparring. But despite his Sixth Degree Black Belt brilliance, he is kind, helpful, and courteous, not to mention witty. Both my ten year-old son and myself (an adult Black Belt) have learned endlessly from him. A truly remarkable Master of modern Karate.

As a longtime martial arts practitioner myself, I recognize Mark Schiffman as a skillful, dedicated, and knowledgable martial artist. I have enjoyed working with him.
