Danny's Martial Arts

Danny Vergara never puts profits before his students' progress. With his determined and hardworking attitude, his lessons are accessible for all ages and skill levels, teaching the core disciplines of karate: Perseverance, Confidence, Self-Discipline, and Focus. He has eight years of experience and can be considered a master at his craft. However, he has never favored the title of 'Sensei', preferring to have a close working relationship as just Danny with his students to best ensure their success in learning self-defense and krav maga to their satisfaction, whether it's for building self-confidence or for personal fitness. Danny is a purple belt in jiu-jitsu and competed for the National Guatemalan team in wrestling and Greco-Roman during his high school and college years. He is also bilingual in Spanish and English.

Danny Vergara nunca pone el dinero antes de el progreso de sus estudiantes. Tiene una actitud trabajadora y determinada, sus lecciones son para todas las edades y habilidades ensenando los valores de Karate: perseverance, confianza, discipina y emfoque. Tiene ocho anos de experiencia y ha llegado a un nivel alto. Pero nunca le ha gustado usar el titulo de "sensei", preferiendo ser solamente Danny con sus estudiantes enfocandose nada mas en ensenarles defensa personal y Krav Maga ya sea para confianza en si mismo o por ejercicio. Danny tiene una cinta morada en brazilian jiu jitsu y ha competido para el equipo nacional de Guatemala en lucha olimpica cuando era joven. Es bilingue en ingles y espanol.

Danny has enjoyed the feeling of empowering people through the martial arts. There is no need to stand on formality with him as he works to make you feel like the best version of yourself, working with your limitations and individual needs. Martial arts provides many different benefits for different people- the confidence to walk with your head held high, the structure of a consistent exercise routine, the strong values of a lifelong dedicated instructor that can be used in everyday life.
