Established in 2019, the school focuses on improving students' focus, confidence, strength, and self-defense skills while promoting health and fitness. With a staff that has over 60 years of combined experience, Zen Martial Arts upholds values of character, integrity, dignity, and friendship both on and off the mat. The school offers flexible schedules and a one-week trial for new students to discover the program that suits them best.
